What is an SPF Record?
In many cases when using mxHero as a cloud service it is recommended that you configure your domain with an SPF Record. An SPF record is text within your domain's DNS configuration that tells other email servers that email coming from mxHero's cloud service is authorized.
For a more in-depth explanation of what an SPF record is and why you should configure one read About SPF records.
