To use Mail2Sign mxSeal, you need to create your free trial account:

Use the service

Once your account is created, email go@mxseal.com with the attached documents you want to seal. You will receive your documents back protected with robust GlobalSign digital signatures.

Address your email to go@mxseal and get back attachments in an email with your attachments digitally signed - protected from changes and of certified origin.

Sending protected files directly to others

Instead of sending digitally sealed documents to yourself, you can use mxSeal to send sealed documents to others. For example, you can send an invoice as a Microsoft Word doc and have it delivered as a digitally sealed PDF (see video below. To send digitally sealed documents directly to others (not yourself), please read Sending Protected Documents to Others‍.
