mxHERO tracing reports are a useful way to precisely determine which mxHERO rules and actions were applied to messages in transit through the system.

You can filter your searches by Sender; Recipient; Subject; MessageID and/or between Date/Time range


You can also create and download your own reports (CSV format) for future references
This document can store up to 1 year of reports and have a limit up to 500.000 elements
