mxHERO is designed to process emails only once. To achieve this process mxHERO relies in Transport Agents and Headers.

When “client A” sends an email to “client B”, the email is marked with a Transport Agent
mxHERO then, detects that email is being sent to “client B” (which is also a mxHERO client), at that moment we add 2 headers (1 for each of those clients), then we process and sent the email.

If 2 different Organizations are working with mxHERO, then we will process the emails for both Organizations (the Headers will recognize both parts as mxHERO customers), and in the event of exeptions, at least one of those parts will be processed an sent to our customers.

Now, going forward, we will only process the rules of the corresponding organization sending the email to mxHERO for processing
otherwise, we will not process the attachment using an organization that didn't intentionally sent it to mxHERO for processing
