Mail2Sign with Microsoft O365
How to integrate a Microsoft Office 365 email domain with Mail2Sign
Mail2Sign works by processing emails your users send to others. In order to do this in the most transparent and easiest way for users, emails requiring Mail2Sign enhancements need to be routed through the Mail2Sign system. This page explains how to configure a Microsoft Office 365 domain for Mail2Sign selective routing.
Manual integration of Microsoft Office 365 for Mail2Sign
The following video shows how to configure Microsoft Office 365 for use with Mail2Sign manually.
Some important values and options from the video:
- Configuration requires your MS O365 domain administrator.
- Mail2Sign SMTP server address: smtp-sign.mxhero.com.
- Regular expression for subject line keyword (^|\s)#sign\S*
- Replace the word, #sign, with your keyword in the expression above
- The trigger hashtag can be personalized for your organization. The video uses "#sign" which will match multiple Mail2Sign rules like "#sign" or "#signNDA" etc. You could instead use "#assinatura", "#υπογραφή", "#サイン" or anything else that better matches your organization's language or processes. Even the "#" prefix is optional. However, ideally, it is a trigger word pattern that wouldn't typically occur in a subject line.
