The following video shows how a GSuite domain can be configured to work with Mail2Sign.

Some important values and options in the video:

• Configuration requires your GSuite domain administrator.
• Mail2Sign SMTP server address: smtp-sign.mxhero.com.
• The trigger hashtag can be personalized for your organization. The video uses "#sign" which will match multiple Mail2Sign rules like "#sign" or "#signNDA" etc. You could instead use "#assinatura", "#υπογραφή", "#サイン" or anything else that better matches your organization's language or processes. Even the "#" prefix is optional. However, ideally, it is a trigger word pattern that wouldn't typically occur in a subject line.
