Important Limitations using Box Co-admin accounts

If the authorizing account is a Box co-admin, then the Mail2Sign rule will not work for senders who are Box Admins (either admin or co-admin). A Box co-admin can only create a Mail2Sign rule that works with standard Box "user" accounts.

To facilitate Mail2Sign with Box Sign, a Box Admin or Co-admin user can create a Mail2Sign rule for all Box users. It is important to note that Box co-admin Mail2Sign rule authentication may not be sufficient for other co-admin users (see the alert box above). Box co-admin users can create their own Mail2Sign rules.

How to create a Mail2Sign rule for other users

When creating a Mail2Sign rule, you can select "Use sender's account" if you authenticate with a Box admin or co-admin account. With this Mail2Sign rule option, emails sent through Mail2Sign will use the Box account of the sender for Box Signing - with certain limitations as described above.
