What is the Demo Account
mxHERO provides a free demo account to test our Mail2Cloud Advanced AI search.
The demo account comes pre-loaded with email. These emails are combination of mock communications and newsletters. The messages can be reviewed at the following link: Demo Emails. You can test Mail2Cloud Advanced AI search by using our mxMCP, GPT or API interfaces.

Getting a Demo Account
To access the demo simply install the MCP (Installing mxMCP). During the installation period you will receive an email link. If you do not have an account with mxHERO you will have access to the demo emails.
🧪 Testing with the demo account
Review the original emails (see “Demo Emails” link above) to familiarize yourself with the content. Attempt some “needle-in-the-haystack” searches by finding content in an email then doing a query. For example:
1. Get some statistics for the total amount and range of emails available…
How many emails are there total?
2. List email from years back…
List emails from January 2023?
3. Search for something specific using the sender and a date range…
List the text to video services highlighted in email from aisupremacy around June 13, 2024.
4. Get emails from the last week of the collected emails…
List emails from medium received in the last week of the available emails.
5. Look for recent emails related to a particular subject…
List recent emails that discuss AI Agents?
6. If results don't provide links to the source emails, you can always request them…
Provide links to the source emails of your last response.
Notes on Demo account Content search
The demo account restricts search of long emails. When conducting tests with newsletters (and similarly long emails), look for content towards the top of the email. Content at the bottom of the email will not be searched.
High Performance Queries
For best performance, the more specific the search the better. Queries should specifically scope the set of emails that need to be searched. For example, imply a date range. Even a broad date range like, “last summer” is better than no date range at all. Including other filters, like the sender and the recipient, improves performance even more.
